the alternative investment industry to bear on helping our clients with their alternative
investment needs.

Jon Sundt - President and CEO
Mr.
Sundt has been in the alternative investments industry for over 18 years. Prior
to forming Altegris Investments, Inc., for six years Mr. Sundt served as Director
of Managed Accounts and Senior Vice President of the Managed Investments Division
of Man Financial, a subsidiary of the Man Group - the world's largest hedge fund
provider, publicly traded on the FTSE 100 based in London. Mr. Sundt is also the
founder and President of International Traders Research Inc. (ITR), a highly acclaimed
Altegris affiliate that provides performance information on alternative investment
programs worldwide. ITR's research has been used and quoted by a variety of financial
publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune,
Alternative Investment Management Association, and Financial Times,
among others. ITR provides a variety of software-based analytical tools to Altegris
customers to aid in the identification and tracking of alternative asset managers.
Mr. Sundt is a Director and President of Altegris and a managing member of Altegris
Capital. He currently serves as President and Director of APM, an Altegris company
that acts as a General Partner to several hedge funds and commodity pools.
Mr. Sundt is the Founder and President of the Sundt Memorial Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated
to changing the hearts and minds of young people, inspiring them to make healthy
choices and not use drugs. The Sundt Memorial Foundation produces a DVD series called
Natural High ® which are sent free to every middle and high school in the US. The
Natural High DVDs use kids’ icons and heroes to deliver a powerful anti-drug message.
Mr. Sundt is an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization, a peer network
of global business leaders in more than 80 nations, and Vistage International, the
world's largest CEO membership organization. He majored in computer science and
minored in economics at the University of California, San Diego. He lives in La
Jolla with his wife Kathliene and his children, Ariel and Van. His hobbies include
surfing and horse back riding.
Robert Amedeo - Executive Vice President
From
1978 to 1980, Mr. Amedeo was employed by the SEC, Division of Enforcement. In March
1980 he joined a Chicago law firm, where he was made a partner in June 1985. In
August 1985, he withdrew from this law firm and became "Of Counsel", a position
he held until joining Altegris in June 2002.
Beginning in 1985, Mr. Amedeo was President and a director of Rockwell Futures Management,
Inc. (now APM), and until July 2002 was President of Rockwell Investments, Inc.
(now Altegris Investments Inc.).
Mr. Amedeo is the past chairman of an advisory committee to the North American Association
of Securities Administrators (NAASA) with respect to their Omnibus Committee's review
of the NAASA Guidelines on Commodity Pool Programs. He has acted as a member of
the NFA Hearing Committee and is currently a member of its CPO/CTA Advisory Committee.
Mr. Amedeo is a Director and an Executive Vice President of Altegris and a managing
member of Altegris Capital. He currently serves as a Vice President and Director
of APM.
Mr. Amedeo is a 1975 graduate of Northwestern University and received a Juris Doctor
degree from DePaul University in 1978.
Matthew Osborne - Executive Vice President and CIO
Mr.
Osborne brings 20 years of business and financial market experience to his role
at Altegris Investments. He leads the research team's efforts to discover new alternative
investment talent, and oversees the product review process. Prior to forming Altegris
with Jon Sundt and Robert Amedeo, Mr. Osborne was Director of Research for Man Financial's
Managed Investments Division in La Jolla, California.
Before moving to the United States, Mr. Osborne had a 12-year career with a preeminent
family office in his native New Zealand. In his role as Investment Manager, he was
responsible for formulating investment policies and implementing a global asset
allocation program that specialized in alternative investment strategies such as
hedge funds and managed futures. He also gained significant trading expertise in
foreign currencies, stocks, fixed income, global futures and options. In his role
as Corporate Treasurer for the family's manufacturing company, he was responsible
for risk management in interest rates and foreign currencies as well as debt portfolio
management.
Mr. Osborne is a Director and an Executive Vice President of Altegris and a managing
member of Altegris Capital. He currently serves as a Vice President and Director
of APM.
Dick Pfister, CAIA - Executive VP, Institutional Research and Sales
Mr.
Pfister has over 13 years of experience in the alternative investments arena. Over
the course of his professional career, he has gained knowledge in trading and systems
analysis. His research and commentary have been quoted in a variety of news publications.
Throughout his career, he has established relationships with internationally known
hedge fund and managed futures managers.
Mr. Pfister began his career as a technical analyst and trader on the floor of the
Chicago Mercantile Exchange. After trading in the currency and stock index futures
markets for several years, he managed the Global Macro CTA Trade Desk for Dean Witter
Reynolds. Later, Dick became the Managing Editor of International Traders Research
Inc. (ITR), a La Jolla, California based subsidiary of Man Financial's Managed Investment
Division.
Mr. Pfister is a Director and an Executive Vice President of Altegris Investments,
and a managing member of Altegris Capital. He currently serves as a Vice President
and Director of APM. Mr. Pfister's primary responsibilities include researching
alternative investments, product review, and providing support to institutional
clientele. He earned his degree at the University of San Diego, graduating with
a concentration in Finance.
